shalem prayer hose is established just beside bapatla engineering college located in a small village called 'mahatmaji puram' which belongs to the constitution of bapatla the one of the pleasent towns of gunutur district in andhra pradedh, india.

    pastor joseph raj garu is an graduate in boi-science and in his early 20's got salvation and baptised, underwent for pastor training at hyderabad the capital of andhra pradesh which is also well knwon metropolitan arounr the world. after completing his training he made himself in some outreach programes around bapatla among some tribales who are living at the out side of bapatla. while pastor joseph raj was continuing in his out reaching ministry, on one certain day god told him that he has to ministry among students.

    in 2001 joseph raj started church among students at mahatmaji puram with some girl students of bapatla engg. college leading them in accordance with the truth, encouraging them in god as well as in studies, spirituality. a small church was built up next to bapatla engg. college by students with their own money.

    now on every saturday, sunday around 30 young students are participating in the worship. every month whole night prayer is conducted as per students convinency. amlost 5 to 10 students are getting baptised in every year and are participating in the holy commune(lord's table) twice or thrice per month.
